Buy new wheels! Wide tires and snow do not mix well, 'can you say snow plow'. Second, why trash your stock wheels in the winter (salt, road trash etc...). Third, its a royal PIA to mount and balance your wheels twice a year, especially since many commericial wheel centers will mangle your wide wheels. I bought my second set of M3 knockoffs (look like the lightweight wheel) from Tire rack (no affiliation whatsoever) for about $180/each, and they look great. With Pirelli snows, the package was slightly north of $1100. It really makes the winter change over much easier. Another option is to buy a winter beater, or not drive your M3.
