pretty well, but it's pretty expensive. I bought mine through Bavarian AutoSport. I think it was about $279. It comes with a dust cover which fits over the entire hardtop. The top stands on end with the rear window nearest the floor. I store mine in my basement (walkout).

The nasty thing about the hardtop is that it takes two people to manage the thing. It's not really heavy, just big. Make sure you remove the radio antenna before installing or removing the hardtop, as it gets in the way. The antenna just unscrews.
Of course, if you get the winch kit that's not an issue.
