you plan to get forced induction put on. i would get a 95 if thats the case. i probably wouldnt get that 95 though. personally, im not a big fan of the lux pkg, but i like the lighter, non-lux, version. the sport seats in the regular version are more "sporty", and the side valances and front lower grill are more aggressive looking in the regular version to me. anyway, you should be able to get a nice 95 with lower miles in the mid 20k range. a buddy of mine has been shopping and has found several in the 25k-27k range with 25k-38k miles, all in excellent condition. dont pay 31k for a 95 unless it has some modifications that you just cant live without.

: I have found 2 cars in particular that i am interested in. Can anybody out there help me to determine the 'real' value of these cars. I had a 95 w/45k miles which i was trying to trade in for a 96 in Feb. '99-dealer low balled me at $26.5 for mine. Therefore, I think I know how much mark-up is added to an M3 on re-sale. The 2 cars i am interested in:
: '95 Silv/Gry 33k, $31k-lux pkg, changer, roof, new tires, very clean history
: '98 Blue/Gry 29.5k, $34.5-cd and all options for a 98.
: Both cars are in So. Cal. What should i offer for these cars w/out insulting the seller??
: Thanks in advance.
