I wouldn't worry too much about flat spotting. If they do flat spot, it isn't a permanent problem. After driving a few miles and warming the tires up the flat spots will go away.
Also, when you jack the car up the suspension hangs. While some argue that it is good to take the pressure off the springs it also exposes the shock rods. The exposed rods then instead of being lubricated while compressed are prone to corrosion. For only 3-4 months, I wouldn't get too crazy about storage prep. I would recommend parking it on a large peice of plastic to prevent moisture coming up from under the car though.
