Stealer wrecked my M! (archive)

I dropped it off this morning to have my snow tires mounted and just got a call from the service manager informing me that somehow one of the lot boys drove it off some embankment or something. End result -- it needs at least the passenger door and the side skirt. What really burns my a$$ is when they offer me a wagon as a loaner. Did they wreck a wagon? I don't think so. Now the guy just called me back to offer a Jetta. Can you guys beleive this?
