Don't quote me on this, but I believe I've heard/read that anything over 7,200 is considered an over rev. You were well under the redline so I don't think there'd be anything to worry about.

: When I realize the mistake, I quicky take my foot off the gas and then rev it to 3000rpm before I shift it back to fourth (smoothly).
