I have the stock speakers/head in my '94 325i and the aftermarket version of the stock 6-disc changer. I also have one 12 inch sub on a 150 watt amp. It isn't super great but it is fine for me and not expensive. What I'd like to do though is have a setup where I have an in-dash CD player and an MP3 box in the trunk. That way I can copy my CDs onto MP3 and have them all in the MP3 box and I can still listen to CDs sometimes (like if a friend has one with them or something). Does something like this exist? I only know of the Empeg in dash player and some home built stuff but I hear that stuff like this is coming out soon. I guess I'd just go with some type of CD head unit that I could hook the MP3 box to and then use it's amp/preouts instead of the factory amp cause it will be better anyway. Then I'll probably want/need better speakers but thats besides the point. Anyone who can give me some info on possibilities? Thanks
