I've looked into it Yes you have to have the Euro M3 HFM for the Euro kit to work. And there is no similarity between the standard and the Euro kit. So if you decide you want the Euro HFM later ,you'll have to buy the Euro kit.
Start with a chip.Then and intake.While you're at it ,change all your drivetrain fluids to synthetic to free up existing HP. Then start going after the $$$$ stuff.
Or,forget all that and get an airpump of some sort SC or TC.
