lemon law question - need help quick! (archive)

My car's been in for the same problem now six times. The dealer has been very thorough in trying to find it but alas, just now thinks there's a fix. Needs to order parts, ok here comes visit 7.

The problem: Rattle in driver side B pillar. (drives me nuts btw).

Here's the question, is this something that merits a lemon law to kick in?

I ask, because as an aside, I am being told that I drive too hard (no shit - that's why we bought m3's to begin with) and my rotors are glazed and need replacing. $700 please. I got peed off and that's why I started asking aroudn about the lemon law.

Any help is urgently requested as the car is at the shop today.
