When it come to suspension you need to realize what it is, it's a system. Therefore, it's not a good idea to buy parts and slap them together (even if they are high end pieces). I think your best bet is to go for Dinan, it's supposed to be a really nice system that will give you even better handling, and it doesn't lower your car very much. I'm from the Bay Area and as long as you are patient over bumps it's not that bad of a problem. If you're willing to pay for the Dinan system, do it, and I've seen other kits from BMP Design (Bilstein and H&R coilover kit, specially designed for this application).
Remember, go with a system, the suspension needs to work together.
