: First off let me say that the dinan vortex s/c is very very quiet. At idle you could just make out a higher pitched whine and once you steped on the gas all you hear is the exhaust GGGRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWLLLLL.
: I was warned not to floor it in 1st with the traction control off or I'd be suddenly facing the other way.
: The installation looks very neat, the hoses are all black, not orange like in the Dinan photo.
: I also got their stage 2 clutch kit. It was a bit trickly at first but I quickly picked it up. Hardly any slipping, the clutch clamps up very quickly.
: Pulling out of the gallery onto route 1 I punched it in 2nd gear and I suddenly had the strangest sensation of the rear of the car wanting to launch ahead of the front. I kepted it fairly subdued on the drive home. Got a few stares from the Dinan badge. Around home its very quiet. If you keep the revs down below 2-3k the car almost sounds stock.
: So far I'm very happy, we will see what the next week brings!
