: I'll break down the totals for each upgrade best I can. Warning these numbers are large and not for the faint of heart:). Again my reasoning for going with Dinan over anyone else was much the same as Paul E's. It came down to a matter of warrenty and ease of service. Anything goes wrong I just drop the car off at BMW and pick up a loaner.

: Labor is very expencive cause Dinan gives a set labor time for each piece.

: You can look up what all these things are on the Dinan website: www.dinanbmw.com

: Stage 2 clutch kit: 2768 + 520 labor
: Dinan Exhaust: 999 + 120 labor
: Stage one suspension: 1078 + 560 labor
: Dinan s/charger(Vortex): 6995 + 1600 labor
: Supplemental warrenty: 2000
: High flow throttle body: 500 + 80 labor

: 15,428$ not including tax etc. Bit more then the AA turbo kit for 96+M3, but I think you get quite a bit more.

: Yes its very expencive, many will say too expencive, but I don't.
