Anybody with a Dinan SC in California..(more) (archive)

I called Dinan today and asked about a SC for my 98 M3. They told me that the Powerdyne unit it the only unit that is smog legal in Cal. The vortech unit is not.

Is it still true that the Powerdyne unit has problms with long term reliability?
