I had the same decision to make a few months back. Both are great cars. I suggest you drive both if you haven't already. After driving both twice, the decision was for me was easy--M3c. 95% the performance of the M Roadster, completely automatic top, better quality parts and features, and lots more room for passengers and things. But be sure you drive the 5 speed M3c before you decide--the automatic is not a fair comparison. Until I drove the 5 speed M3c I was leaning towards the M Roadster. Search the M3 and Z3 archives for my questions when I was trying to decide. BTW, the M3c is all I expected and more. May be hard to find a new M3c now-it's been discontinued 'till new model. Have fun!

: An M3 conv., or an M roadster? I love them both and can't decide. My wife has given me the green light!
