Oh okay Dave. They probably replaced my crankshaft sensor before I took delivery too. My mechanic just reached up where it's located and felt the sensor and said that it was the latest version. We didn't check to see when it was changed.

BTW, if you've never seen ALL the data on BMW's computer when they hook-up to the data port, it's unreal! I watched the mechanic download and then confirm the new software version. He then showed me all the data available to him. They can pick up on virtually anything that's not "right" with that engine.
