The clip inside the knob is not replaceable! An easy fix is the tiniest dab of RTV (blue or white, not black) inside the knob. This will hold it securely but will release if you really pull very hard.

All of the UUC Motorwerks Rob Knobs use a big steel set screw that has a good bite into the aluminum shift lever. When tightened sufficiently, it's impossible to pull off.
