Stuff like that makes me sick. Why can't someone appreciate a beautiful automobile, instead of showing their jealousy by marring it? As far as your scratch goes, I'm not sure how deep it is. The general rule of thumb is that if the scratch is still white, and hasn't gone down into below the clear coat into the colored paint, it will come out with a good buffing. If, however, the scratch is black, and you can feel it and see the sheet metal, you're pretty much out of luck. Time to go to a body shop. I hope it's superficial and you can take care of it without repainting your car.
