likely. Newer M3s run around 14.2 stock with a good driver. Those mods should bring the time down slightly. So with a good deal bit of experimenting with launching and shifting technique a 13.9 or 14.0 can be possible. However, most M3's I have seen have run high 14s. This is probably due to inexperienced drivers. SO dont be too surprised (or disappointed) if you run a high 14 on your first couple runs. You will get better, thats a fact.
