Two comments:

1. I recently installed a Supersprint Exhaust on my 1995 M3. I am reasonably uptight about parts replacements (for instance I decided to put in new rear shock mounts when doing my suspension recently, even though the rear mounts were not yet making noise.) None-the-less, I used the existing exhuast gasket when putting on the Supersprint. It is a metal ring, and it works perfectly.

2. If you ever have a problem with parts prices, call a few local dealers first to determine the "list" price (which of course varies by dealer.) You will learn over time who the good dealers are in your location by making these calls. If you do decide to get a new gasket (which you prob. do not need) try Eurasian (they advertize in the Roundel), the local dealer with your 10 to 25 percent CCA discount or perhaps Zionville (I have never used them, just heard they are good.)

BTW, I also reused the existing nuts and bolts. They came off easily with Liquid Wrench (just something I had laying around) cleaned up and were put back on with an anti-sieze (sp) paste.

Good luck.

Jim
