Yeah I just had the ACS pedals installed in my 99 M3 last month. I watched the guys do it at the shop. They were totally cool about explaining everything that they were going to do. They had to drill into the pedals (which were normally covered with the cheap rubber cover so you really wouldn't notice any difference. I also got the dead pedal installed. It was a bit harder for them to install since they have to drill into the carpeting. Overall, I am totally happy with it. It took them a while to do it because they had to line the drill holes up exactly. Luckily they let me sit in the car to watch (and help out a bit). It could probably be done with out much experience but the guys at the shop told me if you didn't get the drill alignment right then you were pretty screwed. It was waaaaay overpriced but it's probably the only interior mod I'm going to do so I thought I would get it out of the way now. Good Luck.
