This is a driver problem, NOT a clutch problem. Does he downshift alot??? My previous 3 had 80K when I sold it and the original clutch stayed in when the tranny was replaced at 75K (still half there) and my '96 M3 is still going strong at 47K. I drive very hard, lots of high rpm upshifts...but no riding and no downshifting to slow the car.
