: I am interested in doing a driving school this spring and even though I am from the Washington, DC area, I am willing to travel in order to find the right school. How much did you spend for the two days? Was the cost of hotel/meals included in the package? How much if it wasn't included? What about renting cars?.. even if I do end up going to a school closer to home, I'm not too keen on risking over-reving my car(I know I know, it's driver error and not poor design by BMW). If there is a website, that would be great too. TIA.

What do you mean M3-overrevving is "not poor design by BMW." What other car company allows such easy-downshifts into 1st or 2nd at road speeds in the 70-100 m/h. That kind of allowed downshifting makes no sense, all it does is shred expensive engines.
