Degreaser works well... Anyways, those metalmaster brake pads, i heard they squeak more because it is made of a more metallic compand than the stock organic compound? is this true?

: I found the citrus degreasers work great on brake dust. Get Simple Green or other similar stuff. Spray it on, let it sit a few minutes, brush and rinse. After it's clean, shine the wheels with car wax and it will be easy to clean next time.

: An even better solution is to switch to MetalMaster brake pads. They make essentially no brake dust, they work well, and they are inexpensive. This is the first thing I changed when I got my car. Don't wait till the stock pads wear out; do it now. Check any issue of Roundel or European Car for ads.

: Good luck,
