Definitely NOT looking to start yet ANOTHER debate. JUST looking for info...

I spoke with a Dinan rep this and I'm considering going with their CAI/software combo. The biggest reason for this decision would be ease of installation (an easy 20 minute drive) and the fact that, when my dealer opens my hood for service, they're less likely to give me hell about mods if they see "Dinan" in there (my dealer seems partial to the Dinan stuff). PLUS, I really don't like the idea of shipping my ECU anywhere... no matter how well it's packed.

1) I realize the Dinan is supposed to be more noticeable in the top end but is there a perceptable difference in the low/midrange level (read butt dyno).
2) The filter "looks" like it would be really hard to get to. Is it fairly simple to clean?
3) Lastly, what are your overall impressions? (i.e. power increase, intake sound, etc.) and do you feel it was money well spent? Any disadvantages/drawbacks?

Thank you very, very much,
Jonathan L.
