: All I hear about is changing the intake, exhaust, and chip. Is the header not worth it? Why would you only do parts of the intake and exhaust manifolds while still having a restrictive stock intake? (unless stock is good enough)

i went w/ supersprint and had them coated as well. i hated the sound that the cast iron manifolds made on decelleration (rattled). i noticed considerable gain would not hesitate. go w/ supersprint only. they are the best. they are also lighter than the stock manifolds. the '95 is the only year that they were made out of caste iron. after '95 the went w/ aluminum and were much better. if you subscribe to EC mag they did a comparison and remarked how stock manifoldes are hard to improve upon these days, but the '95 M3 can be improved and is the best M3 to make mods to. mine is Blown (sc).
