Well, I got my car back from the dealer today...

1) No over-rev in the computer. Wooohooo! It's never been over 7400.

That was the ONLY good news I got.

They refused to fix my splash shield, just like everyone said to expect. "Looks like you hit something" they said - not sure how they can tell since the shield was destroyed from being dragged all over the hwy. I was under the car myself 2 days ago and there is no damage. Maybe there is some 'Road Debris Indicator' in the DME!!! Ha!

They made the air leak by my mirror worse. Not better, worse. This is their 3rd attempt at it. In the process they scratched the hell out of my tint - have to go back tomorrow to show the manager the advisor says. Over 60 it hisses and howls... very annoying.

They replaced another brake spring. It's my second one to fall off. No idea why, they just do.

The main door seal still leaks. It used to be fine, but they replaced it by mistake last time because someone wrote the ticket wrong. It was fine, they broke it. Now it's no better.

This stuff is just a really small part of the entire list of problems...

I am so tired of fighting with this car. I bought it so that I could have something nice to enjoy, something that would be fun after a long day, something I could take pride in maintaining. Right now I really, really wish I'd never bought it. My last 2 vehicles were from Ford... I didn't have this many problems between both of them over 4 years.

Sorry to ramble here... am I the only one that has constant problems with their car?
