I use a craftsman 3/8 drive click type torque wrench. 10-125lbs.($70.00) and a craftaman 2 1/2 ton floor jack. I glued a hockey puck to the center of the jack plate. The puck is solid rubber and doesn't do any damage. I torque the lug bolts to 74lbs. Good luck. P.S. Always de-tension the torque wrench spring prior to storage.
