Once you've received confirmation that you're on the List, got to: www.topica.com and log-in. Once you're logged in, you can set how you want to receive the List (individual messages or digest), unsubscribe, etc.

Suzy is planning on moving the list to a new server in near future - a server running "majordomo" which is a much better email program than whatever Topica uses.
