: They're as good as stock performance-wise, plus they don't dust or squeal. I haven't had them to the track yet, but the salesman told me they would perform at least as well as stock and they wouldn't fade quite as much. I know it was "sales-talk" but everything else he said turned out to be true. I'll find out this summer.

Hey Craig, I'm a big fan of Rotex pads too, and have used them on my Volvo 850 Turbo as well as the fronts of my M3. Did you notice, though, that on your fronts, the Rotex pads are about a mm or so thinner than the Stock pads? They last along time, so I dont think its a major deal, but I'm curious if anyone else noticed it as well..I think the stock pads, when measuring the friction material only, when new, are about 12 mm thick, and I think the Rotex pads were 1-2mm thinner. This doesnt stop me from using them, cause I think that for aggressive street use, they are the best if you like clean wheels, quiet operation, rotor friendliness, long life, and very effective stopping in all temps. Thanks. I'm thinking very seriously of calling up Brake Warehouse soon and ordering a back up set for the fronts, and also a set for the rears, since now, the rears get dirtier than the fronts!
