Ground control makes adjustable springs. they are located in California somewhere. The actual springs are really enkei's though, i believe. the springs look kinda coilovers they have a coil and a ring and you just spin it one way or the other to raise/lower your car. Skunkworks makes a similar system.
The trunk I built myself just paid for the materials. total cost about $700.
I live in DC, although I grew up in LA. Unfortunetly ///Shag3 has never seen the other side. Hot import nights is a lot of fun...
