I would get the ACS and purchase the bushings from UUC. Even though I got my used ACS for more than a brand new UUC unit, I htink it was the right move. The only problem was that the bushings are slightly loose. Nothing really to worry about, but if you're buying the best kit, you should get the best bushings (Derlin from UUC).

Another consideration is that the UUC allows you to do it yourself, while the ACS you either need to have a buttload of tools and a lift and a tranny support...or you can take it to your dealer.
