: I put them on my car last weekend and I love them. One problem though, i just found out they are illegal (not DOT approved). Has anyone gotten in trouble by dealerships and such for having the Euro. lights on? What should I do in order to avoid getting in trouble? I read that some states check the light for a the DOT lettering on the front, and if you write DOT on the inside of the glass, passing inspection should not be a problem. Anyone have any problems or solutions to this? I live in TX, are the laws different here? I would like to be able to stop worring about being fined or being forced to take the lights off! Thanks very much.
