Just had my entire clutch pedal assembly replaced at Dealer under warranty. Seems the bushings in the assembly were made from an inferior material that is now upgraded. My pedal was slipping off the UUC clutch stop too. It is still off-center to the left, but not as much and the pedal has no sideways play. Does not slip off the clutch stop.
I just bought the car 3 weeks ago, so they replaced it pretty quick. Don't know if there is a service bulletin. My dealership is Sterling BMW in Newport Beach, CA. They have bent over backwards taking care of me.
