I agree with Roundel. I have a 95 m-3 and measured acceleration times with a stopwatch across all gears and rpms directly before and after the Dinan chip upgrade. My post chip numbers were actually slightly slower. Of course it is nice having the revs bumped and top end, but those were my results.
