any suggestions on beating a speeding ticket in washington state? state patrol got me on radar at 85 in a 70. wondering if it's worth it to contest in hopes the trooper won't show. anyone know if wsp trooper's have a higher/lower probability of showing than local cops?

i don't care about the fine, just don't want the insurance hit. i'm an oregon resident so i was wondering if it will even show up to my ins company. also heard about taking a "traffic school" in some places to get a ticket thrown out. anyone know if they do this in washington? specifically southeast washington?
