My understanding goes out to you! I was visiting friends from OSU en route to MT and got nailed big time! My son went to Willy U. I spent summers as a law enforcement ranger for NPS. All of this tells me to just pay the fine (depending on your age and finances), relax, and it should go away in about five years - if you stay clean. Too late now, but consider one of the top end detectors. It is difficult albeit impossible to beat the WSP!
: any suggestions on beating a speeding ticket in washington state? state patrol got me on radar at 85 in a 70. wondering if it's worth it to contest in hopes the trooper won't show. anyone know if wsp trooper's have a higher/lower probability of showing than local cops?
: i don't care about the fine, just don't want the insurance hit. i'm an oregon resident so i was wondering if it will even show up to my ins company. also heard about taking a "traffic school" in some places to get a ticket thrown out. anyone know if they do this in washington? specifically southeast washington?
: thx
