I honestly don't know if the dealer will be willing to drop much lower than that ... I checked up on the Kelley Blue Book value, and with 35K miles and those options it was close to $39K. Of course it varies by zip code. Still, he's dipping pretty far below book. So either there is a dead body in the trunk, or he really wants to sell it to you. If the latter, MAYBE you could talk him down another $1K using the aftermarket mod argument. I'm sure you already know this, and hard though it may be for you to do, you always have to be prepared to walk away. There is a point though when you are pushing it, and the dealer will just find another buyer. I personally think you are already getting a good deal, but try the "how hard was it really driven?" argument and see what happens.
