I also ordered the ECIS intake....and as you I have the same problem, however I will go with the regular JC software ( probably ) since it works too....since he doesn't sell the JC intake software unless you get his intake (it su..ks) .....why if you ask ? I talked several times to Sean at ECIS and he said that the regular JC software works perfectly with the ECIS intake....I don't know if that helps much ...and if you don't want to, you can always go with the Dinan stage II software...
