This may seem petty to some, if so Im sorry. But after a suggestion by TA, I went to www.cupholders.com to shop for an aftermarkert model for my 99 M3. You select cupholders by make and year. The picture of the cupholder for the 1999-2000 BMW appears to be an E46. However, the picture of the 1997-1998 cupholder appears to be what I have in my 99 E36 M3. Under the 1999-2000 cupholders it lists the M3, so I called them to ask if the 1997-1998 would be appropriate to my car. To say the least, the lady who answered (or runs it?) was very rude to say the least. When she couldnt give me an answer to which cupholder I needed, I told her that someone should change the website as 99 M3s should be grouped with the 97-98 M3s. I told that there was no 2000 M3 but was a 2001. She told me I was wrong about all of this (with a lot of lip and attitude). Being Im a nice guy, I let it go. But I did tell her, that if she was going to continue being rude to her customers, I was going to tell people about it. She laughed. So thanks for listening, I feel better now. I dare someone else to call with a question, tell me how she is. As for me, Im not ordering from there.
