: I'm guessing that your saying your gonna remove the rear speakers and leave the openings to vent the bass into the car??? This will work, but it's still not that great. Also, by removing the rear speakers and not putting something fairly sealed up in their place you will get that obnoxious wind popping noise when you drive with the sunroof open and windows closed (try folding the seat and opening just the sunroof). The sound in this scenerio will also be slightly distant, slow, and damped...whenever I tried this solution (many different ways) it never sounded fully integrated into the rest of the system unless I drove around with the seats folded down.
