You can't extend a port (with something like flex tube) without changing the tuning of the port (read: screwing it up). Why not just build boxes that bolt to rear deck firing through the hole, or get a really good free-air woofer and chunk the box idea (or if your feeling wealthy and adventurous, do an aperiodic system like mine - sealed box sound without the box).
