Not sure yet if it will REQUIRE reprogramming...but you would gain more by recoding the ECU to accomodate the much lower backpressure. That issue is also on our agenda. So far the cars with the pipes installed on them have had no drivability problems so I don't think that reprogramming will be necessary. Although it might be included in the Pipe's package sales if it does prove to net a considerable gain over a non reprogrammed car.
