Thanks for the compliment about the program but just letting you and everyone know that even though I have educational knowledge on BMW's, I lack hands-on experience.

1: What you can say to your dealer is that you have a whining noise on 1st gear, slow speeds at deceleration while parking.

2: I don't know of any place that sells stronger gears or syncros. I know racing transmissions have titanium syncros and straight cut gears. This however is loud! Maybe you can contact PTG at www.ptgracing.com and email them about it

3: Input bearing? Or did you mean clutch release bearing? A worn bearing will make a whining/sqealing noise only when you press on the clutch.
