According to Dinan you can as long as the wheel offset is correct or you use the right spacer. One of the wheel/tire packages Dinan offers is a set of 18x8.5" wheels with 245/35-18 tires. I chose not to use their wheels because (A) they were expensive, and (b) they were out of stock.
