If I had to do all over again.. I would definitely get another luxury M3. The package is very sweet imo and I haven't seen another M3 with an interior color combination as sweet as mine!
What it comes down to is.. what do you like? As long as your happy, the rest really doesn't matter.
95 Daytona Violet/Mulberry M3 Lux
The luxury package was only offered in 1995 through 1997. The package included:
-Wider, 8-way electrically adjustable seats. Became optional on all M3's in 98
-Armrest (Became standard on all M3's in 98)
-Chrome interior door handles
-Extended leather interior (Included gathered Nappa leather on doors and side panels)
-"M-style wood trim" (BMW's description - wood trim on door side panels, center console, shift knob, and dash)
-M-Technic front spoiler (Has no lower black lip, and has slats in center opening instead of mesh)
-M-Technic side sills
-M-Contour(95) or M-Contour II (96-97) wheels (M-Contour II wheels became optional on all M3's in 98)
-Exclusive interior colors:
1995: Champagne & Mulberry
96-97: Magma & Mulberry (Both became optional on all M3's in 98)
-Exclusive exterior colors (I'm not 100% confindent on this):
1995: Arctic Silver & Boston Green
: After buying my 95 M3 and looking around at various cars, I have come to the conclusion that Luxury Package M3s suck! You pay more to get rid of the awesome vadar seats and to get a slat grille instead of the mesh. The woodtrim on M3s looks pretty bad if you ask me!
: what do you guys think?
