Considering that no one is really properly turboing the 3.2L M3 engines I'd think that you'd have to spend some big bucks between getting a custom made kit and paying someone like JimC big $$$ to tune it for you. Another option is to just go with a 3.0L M3 engine that's built & Tuned with a turbo. AA has put together systems that push 500HP. I don't know what your defination of a sleeper is but even a stage 1 350HP kit will spank most every car out there without destroying the bank..

: I have been recently thinking about doing an engine swap. I have not been doing much research, but would it be possible to drop a 540i engine in there. And lets bump up the anti. What about an M5 engine. I heard that Gene Liu was thinking of the M5 engine twin turboed, but don't know the cost effectiveness of this. But doing this would make your M3 a "sleeper" is that possible?
