Does anyone else get a slight little rattle from (archive)

Does anyone else get a slight rattle coming from the seatbelt holder which is up on the B pillar? It's a very faint little rattle heard from time to time caused by the small amount of play in the swivel mechanism the seatbelt loops thru above and behind the driver's left ear.

Both the driver and passenger sides have the same amount of play but I can only hear the one on the driver's side. Others must have this same little iritating noise too. It's a noise I would prefer to eliminate, if I only knew how. Maybe I'm just being too picky!
