Either a Cadet or something else.
Just remember this.. if you remove your cat
on an OBD-I car for STREET USE and get caught
the UCMJ is no fun. Nor would be losing your
clearances when your job might require them.
If you remove it for RACE USE ONLY, because
your car is "pre OBD-II" you can simply "put
it back" when you are done racing from a
technical perspective and no one is hurt.
The legality of this is iffy, consult a legal
type, because I'm not one.
But the legality IF we were talking about OBD-II
is simply.. NOPE can't ILLEGAL sorry ;)
