Hypothetically speaking..

For offroad use only..

You'd retune for the headers and also for the
reduced backpressure on a dyno.

You'd set this special chip to be a "no catalyst"
and "no O2 sensor" chip (easy)

That's it..

If this is ONLY for racing you have no big
problems..
