Outboard oil pump, outboard water pump, zero weight engine oil, super light weight differential oil, super light weight transmission oil, no drag brakes, low friction-low power alternator, remove A/C and anything else the engine powers. Etc., etc., etc....

A half a HP here, a quarter HP there. It's not really worth it for a street driven car as Jon will probably agree!

: I forgot to mention that yes there are frictional forces such as the gears in the transmission and in the differential. Remember there are frictional losses too in your engine!
